1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Left Hash (“the Service”), operated by Byldan LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Left Hash provides sports betting odds comparison and prediction market information services. We aggregate and display betting odds from various sources for informational purposes. We also provide integration with third-party prediction market platforms (including Kalshi and Polymarket) through their official APIs, allowing users to place trades using their own accounts and credentials with those platforms.

We do not operate as a bookmaker, sportsbook, prediction market, or gambling operator. We are an aggregation and interface service only. All trades are executed directly with the respective third-party platforms using your own account.

3. Prediction Market Integration

Third-Party Services: Left Hash integrates with third-party prediction market platforms including Kalshi and Polymarket through their official APIs. These are independent services with their own terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements.

Your Credentials: When you connect to these platforms through Left Hash, you are using your own API credentials. We securely store these credentials encrypted in our database solely for the purpose of facilitating your trades. We do not have access to withdraw funds, transfer assets, or take any action beyond placing trades that you explicitly initiate.

Platform Compliance: By connecting to and trading on these platforms through Left Hash, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service:

  • Kalshi: You must comply with Kalshi's terms of service and member agreement. See kalshi.com
  • Polymarket: You must comply with Polymarket's terms of use and applicable regulations. See polymarket.com/tos

No Liability for Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for the actions, policies, terms, or operations of these third-party platforms. All trades, settlements, disputes, and account issues are solely between you and the respective platform.

4. Geographic Restrictions and User Eligibility

Critical Important Notice: Prediction markets and sports betting are subject to strict geographic restrictions and regulations that vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Left Hash and any connected platforms complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Platform-Specific Restrictions:

  • Kalshi: Available only to U.S. residents. Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated exchange operating under U.S. federal law. Use from outside the United States is prohibited.
  • Polymarket: Restricted in certain jurisdictions including (but not limited to) the United States (on the international platform), Canada, and other countries. Polymarket operates separate platforms for different jurisdictions with different regulatory frameworks. You must verify your eligibility before use.

Verification Required: Before connecting to any prediction market platform through Left Hash, you must:

  • Verify that you are legally permitted to use that platform in your jurisdiction
  • Confirm you meet all age requirements (typically 18+ or local legal age)
  • Ensure you comply with all applicable laws regarding online trading and prediction markets
  • Understand that circumventing geographic restrictions (e.g., using VPNs) may violate platform terms and local laws

No Geographic Blocking: Left Hash does not implement geographic blocking or verification. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful. We assume no liability for violations of geographic restrictions or local regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Verify the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction before placing any bets
  • Be solely responsible for any betting decisions you make
  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds or information displayed on our Service.

Not Gambling Advice: The information provided on Left Hash is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as gambling advice, tips, or recommendations.

Third-Party Links: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

Left Hash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Responsible Gambling

We encourage responsible gambling practices. If you choose to place bets based on information from our Service:

  • Only bet what you can afford to lose
  • Set limits on your gambling activities
  • Seek help if gambling becomes a problem
  • Consider using gambling addiction resources if needed

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Byldan LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid Plans: Left Hash offers paid subscription plans that provide access to AI-powered sports intelligence features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.

Query Limits: Each paid plan includes a monthly allocation of AI queries. Query limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month, regardless of your subscription start date.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge according to Stripe's retry schedule (typically 3-4 attempts over several weeks). If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused queries do not roll over to the next billing period.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
